Your typing stays
on your device.
SplitKeyboard is made by Amberlake, operated by Max Robson. This policy covers the SplitKeyboard iPad app and keyboard extension, this product website, and messages you choose to send us.
The keyboard and app
We do not collect or send your typing to a server. SplitKeyboard has no advertising, tracking or analytics, and no account to create. It does not require Full Access.
Your layout settings and profiles are stored on your iPad and shared locally between the app and its keyboard extension. They do not include your typing. Text entered into another app is handled by that app under its own privacy policy.
Purchases
We use Apple for secure checkout and purchase checks. We do not see or store your card details. Your purchase status is saved securely on your device.
Feedback and support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to reply, investigate problems and improve the app. Our public email address uses Porkbun forwarding to a Google-hosted inbox. We do not add support contacts to a marketing list or sell their information.
We keep support messages only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and relevant follow-up. Email us to ask about or request deletion of your support information. Please avoid sending sensitive information.
This website and TestFlight
This website has no analytics, advertising cookies or contact form. Netlify processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website.
If you test through TestFlight, Apple may share beta feedback, crash reports and testing information with us through its testing service. Apple’s privacy notices and TestFlight terms explain that service. This is separate from the keyboard’s local typing.
